Neil deGrasse Tyson Struggles

A few weeks after getting caught fabricating data, the Great Neil deGrasse Tyson is pondering an “apology.”

Why do I get the feeling that “looking for a good medium and occasion” means trying to wait it out while looking for the best way to spin this for pr purposes? Newsflash to Tyson – making an apology is not rocket science.

    Maybe he’s waiting for advice from Richard Dawkins on how to write one of those “I’m deeply sorry that you’re all so stupid and wrong” type apologies he’s been issuing of late.

    geee, you certainly do let very petty things upset you; I suggest you go read the radical, liberal, Marxist, pacifist teachings of Jesus (especially re: unconditional love), and try better to follow them; then perhaps one day you can actually claim to be a Christian.

    You are projecting. I am not upset; I am amused. You are upset because your idol amuses me and you have no way to defend him. So…you lash out.
