I’m shocked. Shocked.

According to a recent news report, a transgender woman has been arrested for recording another woman dressing in a Target dressing room:

A transgender woman is facing a felony charge after sheriff’s officials say she used a cell phone to record a woman trying on clothes in the changing room of an Ammon business.

Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Bryan Lovell said the incident happened at a Target store Monday afternoon.

He said the victim was changing clothes when she noticed someone holding a cell phone over the wall of changing room stall to take photos of her.

Here’s the mug shot of the transgender woman:

Why was she taking pictures of another woman?  Does this mean she is also a lesbian?

The news report also mentions:

Several witnesses also spotted a person described as “a male dressed in women’s clothing” attempting to photograph the woman, according to Lovell. The suspect ran out of the store after being confronted.

Did they actually say, “A male dressed in women’s clothing?”    According to the social justice warriors’ version of secular values, shouldn’t the police be arresting those witnesses for some hate speech violation?

The left loves social engineering, so long as it is counter to Christianity.

Aren’t the already doing that in some jurisdictions?

Canada is ahead of the curve and learning from their mistakes. Dumping the stupid bathroom policy.

@ SteveK: Some reasonable Canadians have warned America about the potential upside-down reality the country will face if they adopted social “progressive” laws towards marriage and sexual identity. It’s safe to say everything they’ve warned Americans is coming to light. The Left only believes in exceptionalism when it comes to their issues.

  6. I have seen bathrooms at a Starbucks in Seattle which had all toilets with doors all the way to the ground from top to bottom. There were no male urinals, The restroom was coeducational, but all the stalls had enhanced privacy. This might be the answer to the bathroom issue.

    What are you smoking?

  8. Ilíon says:

… the *ONLY* reason there is a “bathroom issue” is because leftists have invented yet another “issue” to use as a weapon in their ongoing-and-never-ending war to destroy Western civilization.

  9. TFBW says:

Eh… I’d rather have an “enhanced privacy” stall in a common facility than the current arrangement. In my area, the more recently-appointed railway stations go one step further, and have a row of individual unisex facilities such that even the wash-basins and hand-dryers aren’t in a common area. It’s less efficient, but the privacy is nice.

“This might be the answer to the bathroom issue.”

Only if the society in question is too cowardly to say males in one, females in the other, and the criteria is biology.

  11. Ilíon says:

    TFBW,
Don’t you realize that after you have “enhanced privacy” stalls in a common facilities that women (in general) will start blaming men (in general) for the resultant messiness (*) … and then they will *demand* governmental “action”. As things are now, women can’t blame men for the mess of the women’s restroom.

(*) The truth is — as anyone who has cleaned public restrooms (**) can tell you — women, in general, are messier than men when someone else has to clean up the mess.

(**) for instance, me and/or one of my sisters

  12. Ilíon says:

MEANWHILE — your friendly neighborhood rapist thanks you for making his job easier.

With sex-segregated facilities, (other than the rare instances of confusion (*)) we *always* know that a man entering the women’s room is up to no good.

(*) for example, misunderstanding the signage, or stepping this direction when he meant to step that, and which is always followed by extreme mortification on the erring man’s part.

Just found out the SJW’s are now putting tampons in men’s bathrooms at Brown University.

Did you hear about the war between feminists and “transgendered”? Feminists were having an anti-man Twitter thing about if men had periods, then tampons would be free, you’d get out of work during that time, etc. Stupid enough on its own. But then “transgender men” lashed out saying “Men DO have periods. Stop with the trans erasure!!”

    If laughter could kill…

No. Too funny! “If laughter could kill…” Indeed, I’d be dead by now.
