More Evidence of Trans Activist Power

Over the last year or so, I have become cognizant of the immense power that is wielded by the transgender activists.  I provided a concrete example about 6 weeks ago.

And now I recently ran across this article.  Let me post the concluding paragraph:

As the example of the Arcus Foundation shows, the LGB civil rights movement of yore has morphed into a relentless behemoth, one that has strong ties to the medical industrial complex and global corporatists. The pharmaceutical lobby is the largest lobbying entity in Congress. Although activists present the LGBT movement as a weak, powerless group suffering oppression and discrimination, in truth it wields enormous power and influence—power it increasingly uses to remake our laws, schools, and society.

It occurs to me that the ‘The Satanic Temple’, being over 50% LGBTQ by membership (as reported by a founder) has likely been a beneficiary of Arcus money. It seemed odd that such a small group of people, scattered in independent branches, could so readily and so quickly raise a large sum of money for a statue to be (originally) erected in one place:

The Satanic Temple’s Baphomet statue, which was built in 2013 and 2014, cost about $100,000 to build

Peter Boghossian is a “faith virus” and “delusion” culprit who openly and explicitly medicalises or pseudo-medicalises his anti-Christian rants and in his book “A Manual for Creating Atheists” devotes several paragraphs to bemoaning how progress in his project to get rid of religion and Christianity is blocked by the religious exemption from “Delusion” and the, er, lack of any DSM entry for “God delusion” or similar. He evidently had (still has?) ambitions to get every Christian declared mad, mad I tell you, and medically treated … simply because “God delusion.”

OK, now revisit the quote and replace “LGB” and “LGBT” with “atheist”.

I thought Boghossian was nuts, but I can now see that getting the medical industrial complex and its money and lobbying power behind atheism (through management atheist activism and through pursuit of profits) would be a massive step towards “remak[ing] our laws, schools, and society” to be hostile to Christians and Christian values — which Boghossian apparently wants.

Well, it is a heavy mask to keep in place all the time.

In England and Wales lobby groups sharing the views of JK Rowling have prevailed over trans activists:

Ministers have ruled out changes to make it easier for trans people to have their gender legally recognised.

They have rejected calls, backed in a 2018 consultation, for people to be able to change their birth certificates without a medical diagnosis. …

[Equalities Minister Liz Truss] said the 2010 Equality Act, landmark legislation passed towards the end of the last Labour government, “clearly protects” transgender people from discrimination while allowing service providers to restrict access to single sex spaces on the basis of biological sex if there is a clear justification.

    That will upset trans activists.
